Chicken is generally low in points, as are fish. when i have them at home i have a few pieces of chicken, 1 burger with cheese slice and tomato sauce and some prawn skewers.
but i know its a little more difficult if you arent doing it yourself!
What about taking a pack of the WW sausages with you only 1.5pts each i think otherwise I would stick to maybe bbq chicken breast, or steak with all the fat trimmed off and have lots of salad
You should be alright with anything you want i suppose, as long as you've saved on points, and don't eat large amounts like 5 sausages 2 burgers chicken etc etc lol, i'd just stay away from the bread tbh, dont have a bap with anything just the meat on it's own and salad
