Hi everyone
Just realised my holiday is only 12 weeks away on Wednesday. Needless to say,I haven't managed a beach body (unless you count beached whale!!!) despite playing around with SW for some time now. So,I have to stop playing and do this. I'm not going ti get my initial aim of 4st off but I've lost 9lb of it so hopefully another 20lbs is possible. So here I am to share my journey and food diary 
Today I've had 2 Tesco healthy living sausages,beans,mushrooms,potato pancake and egg. Dinner will be homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup with hexb wm bread. For tea,it's pizza topped turkey steaks (hexa cheese) with salad and roasted peppers. Syns haven't been worked out yet. Oh,this is for an EE day. Would love some feedback on how this looks??
