Beachbabetobe's 12 week countdown.

    Hi everyone :) Just realised my holiday is only 12 weeks away on Wednesday. Needless to say,I haven't managed a beach body (unless you count beached whale!!!) despite playing around with SW for some time now. So,I have to stop playing and do this. I'm not going ti get my initial aim of 4st off but I've lost 9lb of it so hopefully another 20lbs is possible. So here I am to share my journey and food diary :)
    Today I've had 2 Tesco healthy living sausages,beans,mushrooms,potato pancake and egg. Dinner will be homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup with hexb wm bread. For tea,it's pizza topped turkey steaks (hexa cheese) with salad and roasted peppers. Syns haven't been worked out yet. Oh,this is for an EE day. Would love some feedback on how this looks?? Many thanks xx

    Well,yesterday back on plan went well. So today,red,I have planned the following..
    Breakfast was 2 Tesco HL sausages with 2 m+s mini wm subs plus strawberries,blueberries and 0% fat vanilla yoghurt
    Lunch will be sweet chilli chicken (shredded chicken,ff plain yoghurt,ltl mayo and sweet chilli sauce) with a mixed salad. More strawberries,blueberries and yoghurt.
    Annoyingly,didn't get anything out of the freezer for tea so will have to buy something. No ideas just yet. Going to up my water intake today too :)

    Got a bit confused today!!! Had some leftover chicken and sweetcorn soup so brought that to work with me as a 'filler'. Was very filling though as along with my fruit and yoghurt,I couldn't manage my chicken salad. Today is meant to be a red day so I will have to work out some syns for the sweetcorn. My other option is to call it EE as I've only had 1 hexb,I can then have my leftover lunch for tea and add a hexa cheese. Would that work??

    Majorca for me. To be honest,I wouldn't dare to bare in a bikini in this country. Abroad though,I tell myself I might not be the smallest there but neither am I the largest. I just make sure my bikinis are a good fit and suit my size/shape and go for it. I work all year for my break in the sun and refuse to feel inhibited :) xx

    Oh Majorca is my fave place!!! I've been loads of times the oh and myself went there for our first holiday!!

    That's such a good way of looking at things

    Been a dozen times but first time on our own!!! Well,for a few days..we fly out first then our daughter and her boyfriend join us for a week together. Best of both worlds so can't wait :-D xx

    Alcudia. We often hire a car and have been to most of the resorts for visits but always stay here. And a home here would be heaven for us lol!!! xx

    Oh I can't get used to driving on the other side of the road or the gear stick being on my other side! Luckily in Cyprus they drive on the same side, I went to Marbella a few years ago but it was a nightmare with the car!

    Another day on plan...so far ;-)
    Breakfast was a large red grapefruit and an equally large orange,washed down with a mug or two of tea. Lunch was 2 m+s mini wm subs with lean ham and onion plus a corn cob leftover from last night. Finished off with a 0% activia yoghurt. Going to make chilli and rice for tea. Will add some extra veg to mine somewhere along the way just to bump up my superfree. All in all,I'm doing ok at the moment :)

    Just finished off with a magnum...think around 12/13 syns but haven't had any others today so should be fine :)

    Well,was wide awake at 4:30am so gave in and got up. Result...kitchen cleaned right through,2 wash loads done and on the line,on plan breakfast cooked and eaten and lunch prepared for work..think that should count towards body magic!!!
    Planning a green day,sooo...
    B Full red grapefruit, 2 linda mac red onion sausages,tomatoes and a 2 egg omelette with spring onion and hexa cheese.
    L Packet piri piri rice and salad. Strawberries and 0% fat activia yoghurt.
    T Pasta n sauce,wedges and veg. Melon and yoghurt.
    Think I will use a hexb on oil for the wedges and maybe a couple of alpen lights. 1 hex a should do me. There are a few syns in the rice,the rest will be decided later :)

    Been rather busy lately but I HAVE been on plan...honest!!!
    Had an early start today so just had an alpen light as I was walking to work then had half a punnet of cherries at work,followed by the other half just now. As my breakfast was 'neutral' I have the choice of which plan to follow. Bad today as I haven't planned or prepared anything which is a danger point for me. Might get a salad bowl and some fish sticks then do nando's style chicken with a jacket,corn on the cob,griddled veg and halloumi for tea. Or a simple steak with the same trimmings. Hmmm...think that's a plan :)
