Sorry if this is a completly stupid question but i see we are allowed beansprouts on refeed - now i have only ever used these in a stir fry, so they get 'cooked' but to have these with a salad can we just have a few right out of the bag? or do we have to cook them first?

Not a stupid question at all!
No, don't cook them, they add a lovely 'crunchiness' to salads. I only throw them into the last few minutes of a stir-fry as well so they stay crunchy!
