Haven't logged for a few days as was under the weather. Was beginning to feel a little better yesterday and had a naughty glass of red wine and some chocolate yesterday evening....I could feel the devil on my shoulder! Forgive Me Father for I have Synned!!

It was my birthday weekend and I gave myself free reign. I had told myself I would do just that and not feel guilty BUT I am feeling a little guilty and now see that I am at a crucial turning point in getting back on the SW horse. I've had pizza, chocolate, a few bottles of prosecco, panna cotta and other naughty things. It's been great but I'm not itching to get back to being good again and following the SW plan!!!

We all have off days but you seem to be good at getting back on track which is the main thing :)
i have struggled a bit recently myself as I had a good week but lost nothing this week so ate loads of things I shouldn't have :(

Oooh I made a nyum concoction this evening. Made a smoked haddock/chorizo/cherry tomatoes/potatoes and white wine one-pot dish. Then served it on a bed of spinach and put a lovely runny poached egg on top. Very happy with it! (4 Syns)

Becky - you must be Irish - taytos and fecking!!! (Not necessarily together of course!!!!). Are you living there or in UK?

How do you like the Low low cheese - I think it is made by Kerrygold - is that right???

How did you guess?! Yes I'm Irish but living in the UK!

LowLow is like manna from heaven, I suspect they may inject it with crack or some similarly addictive substance as it's really delicious. Have you tried it? Particularly nice in mashed potato or if a recipe requires cheese. You can get it in Tesco.
 
Oooh you have to try it. I was a dedicated cheese addict before starting SW and at least LowLow tastes cheesy when lots of other cheese "products" don't!

I totally :heartpump: Barrys tea - it's the best!!
