Hi :D after reading other people's food diaries on here I thought i'd start my own. :)
I have done slimming world in the past which I have found successful, although I end up putting the weight back on . i am determined to stick to it 100% this time round.
I am doing it alone this time without meetings as I still have all the books etc from my last time.
Please let me know if I have made any errors with my food diary etc so I know if i'm going wrong at all, any feedback would be appreciated. :)
I am a vegetarian so can only do green days.

I buy wyke farm super light cheese from asda, you can have 42g.

You can also buy low low cheese and you could have 6 laughing cow light cheese triangles
