Becky's food diary

Hi :D after reading other people's food diaries on here I thought i'd start my own. :)
I have done slimming world in the past which I have found successful, although I end up putting the weight back on :cry:. i am determined to stick to it 100% this time round.
I am doing it alone this time without meetings as I still have all the books etc from my last time.
Please let me know if I have made any errors with my food diary etc so I know if i'm going wrong at all, any feedback would be appreciated. :)
I am a vegetarian so can only do green days.

Breakfast:
2x weetabix (HEB) with milk (HEA)
Snack : Apple
Lunch: 2 x wholemeal bread (HEB) with baked beans & tomatoes.
Snack: Fat free activia yogurt.
Dinner: slimming world quiche (Pasta n sauce with tomatoes and quark) 1 syn
Snack:
2 x orange.
Drinks: sugar free fruit juice, tea, coca cola zero.
Total syns today: 1
Any suggestions on what I can use my syns on as i didn't really use many today? :eek:
Oops also only used one of my HEA's today.

Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HEXB) with skimmed milk (HEXA)
Snack: Activia fat free yogurt.
Lunch: Leftover quiche from yesterday with salad 1 syn.

Snack: 3 x malted milk biscuits: 6 syns.
Dinner: cottage pie with beans and salad - syn free.
Snack: frozen ff yogurt and orange
Drinks: Tea, diet fizzy drinks, fruit squash.
Total syns today: 7

Only had one HEXA and HEB today oops, I need to get some food in for HEXB's.

I struggle with what to have as my second HEXA any suggestions? :)

Thanks, I haven't got any cheese at the moment ill have to buy some :) what cheeses can be used as an healthy extra?

Will add more for the rest of the day - I want to add on here as I eat it so i dont forget. :)
I buy wyke farm super light cheese from asda, you can have 42g.

You can also buy low low cheese and you could have 6 laughing cow light cheese triangles

Snack: 2 x malted milk biscuits (2 syns)
Dinner:
sausage and bean bake with salad (1/2 HEXA for milk). - (2 syns)
Snack: Apple
Drinks: tea (1/2 HEXA for milk) diet fizzy drink, water.
Total syns today: 4
