Hi after reading other people's food diaries on here I thought i'd start my own.
I have done slimming world in the past which I have found successful, although I end up putting the weight back on :cry:. i am determined to stick to it 100% this time round.
I am doing it alone this time without meetings as I still have all the books etc from my last time.
Please let me know if I have made any errors with my food diary etc so I know if i'm going wrong at all, any feedback would be appreciated.
I am a vegetarian so can only do green days.

Breakfast: 2x weetabix (HEB) with milk (HEA)
Snack : Apple
Lunch: 2 x wholemeal bread (HEB) with baked beans & tomatoes.
Snack: Fat free activia yogurt.
Dinner: slimming world quiche (Pasta n sauce with tomatoes and quark) 1 syn
Snack: 2 x orange.
Drinks: sugar free fruit juice, tea, coca cola zero.
Total syns today: 1
Any suggestions on what I can use my syns on as i didn't really use many today?
Oops also only used one of my HEA's today.
