Bec's Weight Lose Diary - From Flab to Fab HOPEFULLY

:D So this is my weight loss diary YAY :D

think this is a fantastic idea in that i know i wont want to post that i've cheated on SF which will spur me not too.

Comments and support would be fantastic and keep me going positive or negative criticism be honest guys !

SO today is my third day on slimfast. Did slimfast before but really dont struggle with it much until the night time when my ultra metabolised fella is snacking away.

Today ive had my strawberry shake for my breakfast and will be having my 2nd one fairly shortly. Other half is back from work about 7pm so will be cooking a spag bol.

I NEVER thought id be able to eat a spag bol on a diet but i sorted it all out so the calories are still under 600!! all you need is a tin of chopped tomatoes some fresh mince and spaghetti. I know it sounds boring but it tastes naughty so keeps me going :)

Anyway started pilates today only did 20 mins but boy did i feel the burn so hopefully if i do it daily it might do me some good.
