hi its me again !!!
help with syns please.. all new to this and trying out new recipies
how many syns in it???




600g stewing steak chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
1 can condensed light cream of mushroom soup (not a cheap brand)
200ml semi skimmed milk
100-200g closed cup mushrooms sliced thickly
2 medium onions chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
150g philli light garlic & herb cream cheese

1 can condensed light cream of mushroom soup - the only one I can find is Batchelors, Low Fat Condensed Soup, Mushroom, canned , 295g can 7 . The full fat are around 12.5 - 16.5
200ml semi skimmed milk - 5 syns or 1 HEX
100-200g closed cup mushrooms - Free
2 medium onions - Free
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - Free
150g philli light garlic & herb cream cheese = 12 syns

= 24 syns
