hi all i went to beefeater today and i am on a red day i have had paprika chicken jacket pot and coleslaw. i looked online and have tried to work out the syns. For the paprika chicken i put chicken as a free food and it came up as 3.5 the jacket pot came as 12 for jacket with the butter which i didnt have, can i take 6 of as a hb as it was just a plan jacket. i put the coleslaw in the snack calcultor as no free foods and came came as 6.
so i have made it 20.5 syns does this sound about right?
