My advice would be to have your last shake! As this contains the remaining Vitamins and Minerals you need for the day! Also keep drinking the water! Good luck!

Definitely have the last shake.

Fish cakes shouldn't be too bad, on SS+ I'm allowed white fish.

Did it have breadcrumbs/batter?

just drink loads and start afresh

ill be honest for some STUPID reason i had some grilled chicken with seasoning that prob is not allowed and a small piece of cheese. this evening. dont know why i have done it.. but its made me feel so full i actually feel ill

and it didnt taste as great as i thought it would.. or rather fantasised about

lesson learnt.. ill move on and be a shining example of a cambridge dieter from now on and im sure you will too!

Cut your losses and get right back on it..agree with the others to have your shake and lots of water. At least you can admit it didn't taste as good as you had imagined as hopefully it'll be easier for you to remember that next time your tempted. Good luck tomorrow hun.xx

i think i knew in my heart of hearts it was only going to be a matter of time before i caved in - however now i have i have learnt from it and i can say i wont be doing it again. its just not worth it.
