Well done to all of you that have lost weight, you all look amazing.

I know that some of you are still going but I can't believe how well everyone looks.

You are all a real inspiration.

Thank you for sharing the before, inbetween and after pics.

I've got my before stored on the computer so will post it eventually (when I'm brave enough)
