Been on holiday and off 810 for 4 weeks

And have weigh-in tomorrow .... Dreading it! Had the best holiday at an all-inclusive hotel - was like paradise!!
Been back on 810 since Monday, so hoping that will have made some impact - wish me luck, but I reckon it could be a 10 to 14lb gain ......

At least you ennjoyed yourself and have got straight back on it, whatever you put on the majority will be water weight and you can get that off in no time! Good luck for weigh in xx
