Most of that 4lb will be food weight and water retention - its not a true reflection of your weight. However, if you dont get back on plan, it soon will be. Draw a line, switch off "holiday mode" and get started again!
yes dont give into the " im still on holiday mood!"... thats what i did this year and ended up putting more weight on ontop of the holiday gain.. it has been so much harder to lose ...so just draw a line under it and have a nice healthy free tea !!
