Been on holiday

I've just come back from a week's holiday, where I started off sticking to the plan 100%, but by the end of the week I was probably down to about 40%.
But I still managed to maintain, and I'm really happy that I didn't put on any weight, I now just need to really get back into the swing of things, and get back to the gym.
 
Well done,, great achievment staying the same especially with all the holiday temptations round about you
