Been on holiday

I've just come back from a week's holiday, where I started off sticking to the plan 100%, but by the end of the week I was probably down to about 40%.
But I still managed to maintain, and I'm really happy that I didn't put on any weight, I now just need to really get back into the swing of things, and get back to the gym.

welcome back, at least you enjoyed your holiday - thats what they're for!and no weight gain is a bonus i would say!!
