Right so first week lost 3 pound
2nd week lost 1.5 pound
3rd week I was away and didnt diet at all.
I ate crap until I got to the weigh in so had 2 weeks off basically and gained four pound
So four off four back on
This week I did so well doing the plan properly and few gym classes. Only Lost half a pound!! What's going on?!? :-(
