also i am struggling to use my points which i am doing weekly,i feel like if im using my points and im not hungry it wont work,but i only lost half pound this week so must be doing something wrong???
i am allowed 25 points a day(175 week)
you may not actually need that many points, my friend is allowed 26 but doesnt lose weight on that amount. I would still try and stick with 24 and save some each day for a treat. If you still find you are not losing then cut them down but would discuss with your ww counsellor. love amanda x
