When I was little, my grandfather always gave me some freshly squeezed beetroot juice every week. He said it was good for the blood!

Tastes quite yummy too, but then again I grew up with the Russian cuisine and Borsht. ;)

I used toe at quite a lot of beetroot Minerva, but it's not allowed on Atkins sadly. I suppose I could eat some now I'm in maint though!
