Before & After Pics

Hi Guys....

I always thought I wouldn't do the before and after thing...but here I am! The first picture was taken at the begining of LL, the second was taken last week - so 12 weeks apart.

I still have maybe a couple of stone to go - but this is so far so good!

Polly - you really do look so much younger, slimmer etc in your after pic - brilliant!! I didn't think much to mine- but then, I thought the pic was going to be taken at the week 14 session, and I was wearing jeans that were two sizes to big and a nasty size 20 long top... grrr... dammit!!

Way to go - you are doing/did absolutely brilliantly xxx
