Wow you guys- you have given me the most huge smile with all your comments. I am going to print them off and keep them for a 'low' moment!

Do you have a blog or food diary online? And can I ask how long it took you to lose the 6 stone?

I do a food diary but not one accesible as it is on my own page on SW bodyoptimise site- basically I do EE all the time now and eat LOTS and always have my 15 syns a day

It has taken 22 months so far- a loss on average of 1lb a week, so pretty slow, but steady - I'm on the scenic route!
