Before and Now...(4 stone gone so far!)

Still got a loooong way to go until I am at my "after" stage, but just wanted to share with you my "before" and "during" photographs.



The picture on the left is me before I rejoined Slimming World, at 14st 10.5lb. The second image is me at 13st 1lb, after having lost 1st 9.5lb!

I am thrilled to announce I have lost further weight since then. More pictures to come soon

Thank you!! I must admit I am absolutely thrilled.

I have 1lb to go to get back to my pre-Birthday weight loss of 2st, and then it's onwards and downwards ahead of my holidays!

Thank you! When I saw these two pictures together, that was the first moment I actually thought "wow, I have lost weight", even though people had been telling me for a while. It takes such a while to notice a difference in yourself, so I'm really proud of this

Thank you so much, everyone. I still have such a long way to go yet, but I'm taking it day by day. I didn't put all of this extra weight on over night, and likewise it's not just going to come off overnight. Slow and steady wins the race!

A few days ago I was sorting through my wardrobes and came across a dress that I wore for my cousins wedding last year. I tried it on and it's almost too big for me now - I was bulging out of it when I wore it originally!

It's funny. At the time I thought I looked nice, now when I look at the photo I feel mortified. I am literally busting out of the dress. My mam took a picture of me wearing the dress last night - it's safe to say it's somewhat of an improvement..

Now I just need to try and wear the dress again before it is ridiculously big for me! It's such a lovely dress and was expensive too - it'd be a shame to have only worn it the one time.

Thank you! Most of my old clothes I had thrown out, so it was nice to find something I had a photograph of me wearing before. Although it will soon be too big, I will keep it right to the end of my journey as a reminder of what I never want to go back to!

I was 14at 6.5lb ( size 18) in January and now 11st 10lb (size 14).

I'm about 5'6, and still feeling quite overweight for my height too. I'm aiming for about 10st, and will see how I feel once I get there. The problem is, I've never been slim, so I'm not really sure what to aim for.
