Before, during or after a meal

when do you all take your Xenical? I am trying to take it roughly 20mins before I eat. Not sure if this is the right way or not, can anyone advise? x

Before, during or after. As and when it's convenient to take it. There's no timing stipulated other than not longer than an hour afterwards

as long its down ya neck around your meal time its all good "far as im aware".. ive found that if i take mine with a massive drink before meal times i feel well stuffed after!..
