Before & During...

I thought I would post some before and during photos up here for when I need a kick up the backside... deep breath....

Before - start weight 17st 5lbs

I am on the right

and on the left in this one

and during, before the Xmas gorge I was 13st 10

Still got about 3 stone to go - but am beginning to chip away at it again
