I found out very recently that I am to be in a wedding(in mid august) and I have about 20-30 pounds to lose! I am hoping that if i combine two SF shakes, a regular nutritious lunch, a small snack and lots of water, plus 30 minutes of cardio and strength training everyday will help me to get there in the next two months roughly. I am in dire need of support and motivation though. I am very short(4'10) and I can't seem to lose a SINGLE pound(or gain for that matter... weird) no matter what I do!!!
