Good morning losers!!!!!
Ive been ill for the last 3 days and after going to see my counsellor yesterday and losing 9lbs i asked how i could raise my energy levels, she did say to have some carbs as my health is more important than dieting, so last night i had two very small roast potatos with my chicken, i still feel dead today, does anyone have any other ideas as i dont want to ruin what i have alread achieved
