being ill

    Good morning losers!!!!!

    Ive been ill for the last 3 days and after going to see my counsellor yesterday and losing 9lbs i asked how i could raise my energy levels, she did say to have some carbs as my health is more important than dieting, so last night i had two very small roast potatos with my chicken, i still feel dead today, does anyone have any other ideas as i dont want to ruin what i have alread achieved

    maybe up to 4 packs to give your body a nutrients/protein boost....? and up up up your water intake too...

    Yep i would up to 4 packs rather than start eating loads carbs as may make you feel worse long term when you go back onto your diet. Only my opinion and i am not trained in anyway! lol

    Thanks yummymummy for agreeing with me... i must admit i thought it was kinda wierd that the CDC would advise going for carbs exept as a last resort....

    but i'm not trained and they are aren't they?
