    Well, week 1 i lost 2lb, week 2 i lost 0.5lb :sigh: so i'm going to try a week of extra easy. Failing that, next week i'll be doing a week of red days!

    Breakfast - banana, ww yogurt

    Lunch - chicken and veg soup stew (chicken breast, loads of onions, carrots, potatoes, parsnips, red lentils, stock cubes)

    Dinner - more chicken and veg stew

    Snacks - prawns, rich tea biccie (2 syns), 250ml ss milk for coffees (HEa), chicken sandwich (1x slice bread (HEb), frylight fried chicken breast), 7 rolos (7 syns), 2x oreo cookies (5 syns)
