I've been good up until now, kids wanted ice cream from ice cream van, any ideas how many points? I hade a sundae with nuts and little sauce said no to the flake though :-( well done u for walking and DVD which one do u do? Xx

Mm that sounds nice!! Cud just eat an ice cream it's realy hot today! Not too sure about the points don't think it b you many tho, I think a cornetto is about 7 or 8 points. I have the ministry of sound DVD xx

Yeh i always have my weeklys and i earn about 40 ap a week and eat them too x

I sometimes have 2 of the milk and cereal ones for breakfast at work if I'm really busy, I didn't think they were that bad!
