Why did my colleague tell me about this? WHY? Anyone know of the syns so I can put it out of my head?!?

100ml of phish food frozen yogurt is 11syns, I think there maybe 500ml to a tub so 1/5 of the tub.

I love choc fudge brownie & last monday after my weigh in (when I dont count syns) I ate a whole tub of it! Its worth it as a treat

It's gorgeous! And tastes just like the ice cream. When i syn it online it says its 11 syns for 100 grams, and i've just checked my tub and there are 422 grams in the tub, so you could actually split the tub into 4 portions at 105 grams for 1/4 and count it as 11.5 syns Just so you get a bit more x
