Hi all... I started sw yesterday and am hoping to lose about 1,5 stone before 3rd September - my wedding day!
Anyway I think a food diary will be a good way to keep a track on things so here it goes!! Any comments will be greatly appreciated
Breakfast: heb 2 weetabix, muller light, pineapple
Lunch: savoury rice (free) mixed with lots of super free veg
Tea: bean chilli made with lots of super free veg mixed in, rice. Hea cheese
Snacks: apple, mango, sunbites (6.5 syns)
I think that's an ok first day felt full all day too which is good - wasn't very well today though so probably might feel more hungry tomorrow. But I'll fill up on lots of super free fruit
As I work shifts my next few days might be a bit repetitive food wise (didn't have much time to plan - but I'm sticking to the sw way which is the main thing!)
I'm also going to London for a wedding at the weekend but I'm all set to be good and hopefully I'll make wise choices
