Hi all... I started sw yesterday and am hoping to lose about 1,5 stone before 3rd September - my wedding day!

Anyway I think a food diary will be a good way to keep a track on things so here it goes!! Any comments will be greatly appreciated :)

Breakfast: heb 2 weetabix, muller light, pineapple

Lunch: savoury rice (free) mixed with lots of super free veg

Tea: bean chilli made with lots of super free veg mixed in, rice. Hea cheese

Snacks: apple, mango, sunbites (6.5 syns)

I think that's an ok first day :) felt full all day too which is good - wasn't very well today though so probably might feel more hungry tomorrow. But I'll fill up on lots of super free fruit :)

As I work shifts my next few days might be a bit repetitive food wise (didn't have much time to plan - but I'm sticking to the sw way which is the main thing!)

I'm also going to London for a wedding at the weekend but I'm all set to be good and hopefully I'll make wise choices

Right day two! Had a hellish 1pm till 1am shift in work which kinda screws my eating up but stuck to plan :)

Breakfast - 2 weetabix, muller light, pineapple

Lunch - left over chilli and rice from yesterday with hea of cheese

Dinner - mugshot, mango, pineapple muller light...

Syns - half biscuit... 3, sweets 2

Tomorrow I'll probably end up eating the same as I'm on the same shift again so won't have time to cook... I usually to have a good amount of variety in my food but can't on this particular shift. Luckily I don't do them that often.

Anyway - I think that was a successful day 2. Let's hope it continues :)

1.5 stone by September? You can do that, definitely! Congrats on your engagement and good luck with the wedding plans! I am a newlywed myself, so my advice is: Don't sweat the small stuff! or the big stuff!

Hi Missfortissimo! Thanks for your reply... I'm aiming for 1.5 stone for septemeber because I know I lose weight very slowly and I don't want to be disappointed if I don't lose masses by the wedding...

Anyway today I ate exactly the same as yesterday! oops!

I'm off to london tomorrow for a friends wedding so I'm hoping I can eat at a few low syn resturants while I'm there and try and aviod the wedding buffet!

well, just got back from London.... Didn't exactly stay on plan but I managed the best I could!

I'm actually very proud of myself for maintaining some control and eating reasonably well.

I'm weighing in tomorrow so lets hope the scales are kind and it won't have ruined my hard work :s

So first week and I lost 2.5 lbs :)

Then I went to my friends for a nice long walk with my dog and she treated me to some home cooked lunch... consisting of masses of puff pastry and mozzerella! Even if I take 6 syns of for my healthy extra that's 36.5 syns used on the fist day of my new week!

Oh well it's done now, it was tasty and lovely of my friend and now I can draw a line and leave it there :)

I will take it out of my weekly syn pot and still have plenty left for the week.

On a possitive note I have done loads of body magic today...

Anyway better go and get some food in for the week
