yeah i find it great. love the taste! dont put so much water in it, if you drink enough water anyway, just put it in a small glass and itll tatse like a fizzy drink ya know. its good. but my mate is a dr and she said with any vitamin it atkes three months to really kick in so stick with it. only flaw is its expensive but hey youbve only one body.
