best choice for takeaway

Chinese is usually your best bet. Lots olf chinese stuff is low to med in syns and you can have the boiled rice which is free. :)
I always get chicken chow mein, but without the veg. So basically just noodles and chicken LOL! With chips and curry sauce which I don't even bother counting as it's my weekly treat and has never affected my losses while I've been on a diet.

The chow mein is around 14 syns for the whole portion, but it's MASSIVE, I always save half and have it the next morning for 7 syns LOL :)
Chicken Chow mein is 7syns for 360g, my chinese do portions of about 400g so I just remove my 40g and put them on the husband's plate! :)
