I have done that one.Got down to 9 stone and started eating again so put it back on.I think this happens with most 'diets' if you don't continue with them for the rest of your life.
I've given up with 'diets' and I'm just eating my 3 meals a day and doing some exercising.I may not be losing any weight but the pressure of trying to 'diet' has been lifted and I feel better for it.
