Best of Both New size loaf

Hi I have just noticed that Hovis have brought out Best of Both 400g loaf. Does anyone have any info on syns for this loaf or even if it can be taken as HEX, would be great if it could be used as HEX

No its not a HEX, only wholemeal bread is a HEX unless specifically listed. As any other bread it has no free food so is 1 syn per 20 calories, which is beteen 4.5 and 5.5 syns per slice depending on loaf thickness.
