Best online carb info

Morning all,
I'm trying to find a site I can recommend to some friends to get carb info that doesn't need sign up (Im using myfitnesspal which does). I know that Jim & others have posted several - grateful for your recommendations including being clear if US or UK style fibre info.

I use weightlossresources as it's uk based - but it does require sign up & payment and some of the user submitted info doesn't list carbs, but mostly it's very good. When I'm just looking for something quickly though I do a google search for say 'carbs in avocado' and compare the first few results that come up.
