I lost 3 stone in 11 weeks, I am sure I ve read that men can loose more than women. How much do you want to loose? the secret is to stick with it, dont give in like you said on another thread, drink loads of water (I drink sparkling), take one day at a time and very impotant to refeed properly, I am day 8 of refeed and so happy I ve not gained any weight!! Good luck on your LT journey x x

I think it depends on how big you are, the bigger you are the more you will loose (I am hoping for alot in 11 weeks!!) and the biggie- whether you stick to it!!!

Hi Mr Creosote, loving the name! You don't say how much you weigh or how tall you are, as the bigger you are the more you will lose, but it is right that you have to be 100% committed and also incorporate exercise oh and like shed loads of water!!!!!

For a guy on average i think its 1st 7lbs a month so call it 12 weeks just for the sake of maths - thats 3 months so .... around 4 stone i reckon :)

Mr Creosote, I lost 4st in 11 weeks (I did have a lot to lose though) but you lucky men usually lose more than us. Depends on how much you have to lose. The more you have to lose the more you will lose, as long as you stick to this 100% it will be really worth it. Keep glugging the water!

well i'm hoping for at least 3 stone in 13 weeks (if I stick to it a lot more!), if you stick to it to the letter then the weight will literally drop off....honest :)

Just take it one day at a time, men tend to lose it so much quicker than us women, so you will probably do 4 stone-ish!!!!
