best time to exercise?

Hiya guys when is the best time to exercise. Bearing in mind i have a 2 month old baby so difficult to do it first thing in morn, we usualy go for a stroll mid morning but find evenings are easiest for me to crack on. I guess my real question is, is it best to exercise before or after tea?

Personally, I always exercise about an hour after I've got up & would always do it on an emptish (have a cup of coffee or I cant function!) stomach. I would suggest you do it before your evening meal as otherwise the food will be 'jigging' around in your tummy & will make you feel nauseous !

I would say that it's best to exercise before tea as doing it on a full stomach is a real no-no. You'd probably feel sick if you really go for it and might get a stitch too. If you do it after tea you'll need to wait a good while till your food goes down and the temptation then is not to bother.
