Best Time to have shakes

Have them when you feel is best for you, I have mine personally at 10am, 4pm, then 8pm..:):)
I do 12pm, 4pm, 8pm (never been much of a one for early breakfasts!).
I get up at 5.30am every morning and im starving but tbh ive not been too bad since I started LT

I have mine 11.30, 4.30, & 8.30 (don,t do breakfast either)

Its all down to you and your life style. If you get up early then you'll need one earlier than someone who doesn't see the light of day before 12. Only you know whats the best times for you
