    Hi guys I have uploaded this as tees have gone up so much this year. I have just spent ages typing all this up copying it from my 2014 weight watcher eating out guide. Please take a minute to read it as some have gone up dramatically. Enjoy!!!

    Oh jeez... thats some serious pointage!! Thanks for sharing though.. its a list that will get a lot of reads im sure! :)

    Feel a bit guilty for giving my huz a hard time last night for making me a curry that worked out at 13 pro points including the rice... should think myself lucky that I have a lovely huz who wants to look after me when im ill, but also kept all the wrappers/jars so I could work out the 'damage' and still track it, lol ;-)
