Bex's pro points food diary!!

Today's plan:
Breakfast- Ready Brek and skimmed milk 5pp
Lunch- unsure lol
Dinner- may make one of the slow cooker recipes on the threads here!

woke up feeling slim today and none of my jeans fit lol having trouble finding something to wear! Hope this means I've finally dropped a size in trousers!
I'm a 10 on too but still in 14 trousers! But hopefully 12 trousers now

Looking great - your tummy is so flat!!! I'm jealous!! Sorry you didn't make the zoo. Weather has been awful hasn't it. Hope it gets better soon, we're camping and at v festival in august and i want sunshine!!! Plus my kids are going stir crazy indoors lol x

Wow you look brilliant!! A right skinny mini! Well done :0) Shame you didn't get to go to the zoo.Sunday was awful weather wise!

But it's full of stretch marks and seriously jellyfied!!
Nee to do alot of toning!
That's be great fun, always wanted to go to V!
I know what u mean, my little girl gets so bored when she can't go in garden or anything!

Lol thanx, don't feel it yet tho!! Was a horrible day, we chilled in all day! Didn't fancy getting soaked lol

Aw am sure that feeling will come soon! Yea we dropped my daughter back to Walton in the morning,we went the back way and some of the roads were pretty awful! Only went out for dog walking.Was indoors as much as possible lol.Hope you have a good day :0)
 
Wahoo have just been out Nd brought 2 size 10 tops and a size 12 trousers :)) very happy bunny

Morning all,
Had a piggy night but only snacked on things I was allowed ie snacks jacks and a WW ice cream stick!!
My mum is currently on the Cambridge diet as she started when I finished! She wanted to loose a stone and she's almost there! So jealous now tho as she's 9st 13lbs no fair!
My scales say 10st 2lbs so almost in the 9's

Plan for today is:
Breakfast: cornflakes and skimmed milk 5pp
Lunch: WW wrap 3pp ham 1pp cheese 2pp WW crisps 2pp cherry tomatoes 0pp
Dinner: WW pasta bake 6pp I think
Snacks: satsumers apple and other fruit

Going out to buy 50 shades of grey to see what all the fuss is about lol!
Anyone else read it?

Morning :0) I'm one of the few people who haven't read it,lol I do read those type of books but would rather borrow then buy lol,I think you either love it or hate it judging by reviews I've seen on it.Food looks good and at least the snacks were within your points.You will soon be in the 9s,you are so close.Hope you have a good day.

I read them. It ok. Not as sexy as everyone makes out its all a bit hyped up. Writing isn't the best but story does get better x
