Just been on my boyfriends bicycle around the reservoir. Its about 1 minute from my new house and I thought I would give it a try. Well, the scenery was beautiful and Im sure I looked the total opposite whilst huffing and puffing along, bright red and sweaty mmm lovely lol. But it was actually not as bad as I has expected, I would definatley do it again and Im sure the more I do, the easier it will get.

First weigh in is tonight at 7pm so fingers crossed!!!

I have recently got my bike out - been on it twice this week - 4 miles and then 5 miles. Need to get in a bit practice though as I am doing a 28 mile charity cycle for leukemia on 14th June.

Next time you could do a mile and then build up from there - I am cycling with a friend so we encourage one another.
I did buy a gel seat from Argos and things are much more comfortable.:):)
