Big Bears Diary - Red Day - Advice/Comments please

    B: 1 banana, scrambled eggs & toast (HEX)

    L: Carrot & Onion soup, 1 plum, handful grapes

    D: mincemeat made with carrots, onions, mushrooms, peas (1 syn), gravy (1 syn) potato (hex) & brocolli

    Drinks: 2 pints NAS squash, 2 cups tea (milk from allowance)

    Total syns = 2

    Ok please tell me if I've missed any syns, also got milk left from allowance what can I do with it?

    Any comments appreciated.
