ok ladies i just want a little bit of advice.
after a half pound gain last week i decided to be very very good this week.
so for the last 3 days i have been extra good and havent cheated at all!
but my dad moves to america for 6 months on monday and because of my uni holidays i cant go visit so i decided to take him for lunch to this very very fancy restaurant in our area (i get discount cause i work at a smaller of their restaraunts)
so today we went out and i had the most fantastic meal!
i had seasonal fruits and elderflowre sorbet for starters
and cod served on mushrooms and horicot beans.
so so far i havent done anything wrong except the sorbet!
but then i went to the toilet and my dad ordered a surprise dessert for me
it was a sort of ice cream thing with some chocolate coin things and it was beautiful and we shared it.
i dont regret it because it was his treat but i just want to know if i am good all week do you think i could still of lost weight on tuesday!
i weighed myself this morning and my scales are the same as WI and it said i had lost 2.5 pounds which i am hoping to lose.
im just worrying now and so wanted to ask you lovely people your advice!?
