Hi all,
I'm getting back into things properly this morning. Had a weeks holiday and it was OH's 40th birthday so SW kinda got bumped this week.
Just started going it alone so here's my food diary. If anyone wants to comment / pass on advice/ give me a push in the right direction you are more than welcome
So ... (oh I'm doing the EE plan)
Breakfast:
Porridge 35g HE b
350ml skimmed milk (for breakfast and tea coffee during the day. HE a
Maple syrup 1tbsp 2 SYNS (2/15)
Two cups of tea FREE
