Wheatabix (HE B) & Milk (HE A).

1245 Lunch:
Jacket Pot, Chicken Mayo (2 Syn's) & Salad with Salad Cream (2 Syn's).

1700 Snack:
Bread Roll (6 Syn's) & Chicken.

1800 Dinner:
Turkey Steaks, Potato's & Veg.
Ice lolly (2.5 Ice Lolly).

2030 Snack:
Apple, Banana, Orange, Mug Shot & Hot Choc (2 Syn's).

I am taking a break from SW and will be re-starting this Diary on Tuesday 23rd October....

2 weeks off then 8 weeks hard graft to look great for the Christmas Party....

I am back, thank you for your great comments....
Now I am refreshed & re-motivated but 14lb heavier....ouch!!

Total loss: 72lb or 5st 2lb....:'(!!

A semi-detox week to start with....

0800 Breakfast:
50g Porridge (HE B) with milk (HE A), Yoghurt, Banana.

1230 Lunch:
Home made beef & veg soup (2 Syn's), Salad with Dressing & a Pear.

1430 Snack:
2 Apples, 2 Banana's.

1745 Dinner:
Lean Beef Strips, Potatoes & Veg.
Mini Calippo (3 Syn's).

2100 Snack:
Mug Shot, Pear, Orange, Banana & Hot Choc (1.5 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 6.5/15

Weekly Syn's: 6.5/105

0630 Gym Time:
45 min Weight Based Toning Routine.
15 min Power walking.

0810 Snack:
Banana & Yoghurt.

1230 Lunch:
Home-Made Soup (2 Syn's) Salad with Dressing & Yoghurt.

1630 Snack:
Roast Chicken Pieces, Apple & Banana.

1800 Dinner:
Pork, Potatoes & Veg.
Rocket Lolly (1.5 Syn's).

2100 Pool Snack:
Rice & Chilli (6 Syn's), Bread (3 Syn's).

Daily Syn's: 12.5/15

My back and legs are to painful to do usual workout so Cycling/Walking & lots of stretching it is....
20 Mins Cycle,
10 Mins Walking.

1030 Snack:
Mug Shot & Hot Choc. (1.5 Syn's)

1300 Lunch:
Mug shot & Cheese Sandwich (1/2 HE A) & (5 Syn's).

1730 Snack:
3 Apples.

1820 Dinner:
Gammon, Potatoes, Veg & 2 Eggs.
Mini Calippo (3 Syn's).

2110 Snack:
Mug Shot, Orange, Apple, Yoghurt & Hot Choc. (1.5 Syn's)

Daily Syn's: 11/15

2 Egg Omellete with Ham, Mushroom & Cheese (HE A), Potatoes & Beans.

3 Wks Off Plan = 14lb On.... :-(!!
1st Wk Back On Plan = 10lb Off.... :D Boom!!
Total Loss: 83lb or 5st 13lb.

1845 Dinner:
Beef Stew (2 Syn's) & Rocket Ice Lolly (3 Syn's).

2030 Snack:
2 Apples, Orange, Banana, Mug Shot & Hot Choc. (1.5 Syn's).

WW Choc (4 Syn's)
