I've been very very off plan
and I mean off plan I have no idea why but kept telling myself I'll start again tommorow whilst eating tumps of junk some times I felt just for the sake of it
argh!
I'm absolutely terrified at getting on the scales now lol so I was just wondering what's a realistic amount of actual weight gained? Im expecting a pretty big gain especially due to the salt I've eaten so fingers crossed it's majoritly water
Any advice and experiences are realllllllly appreciated
