So this is where I'm struggling... Me and my fella are getting ready to go on a bike ride. Well probably be out for 3 hours and put down some miles. I had breakfast late (10ish) after a much needed lie in so I'm semi full now but will need lunch when we stop.
What can I have for lunch... Sandwiches are out coz I'm a numpty and forgot to pick up a loaf.
I have some syn free sausages in and ohalf suggested cooking them. Wrapping them in tin foil and taking them with us. With a yogurt and banana. Hardly healthy. Or will it get me out of a scrape..
This is where I get frustrated!! Lack of planning!!
