Well i thought i would jump on the wagon and do this as well.I want to be 9st by june 4th 2010, as im going on holiday for the first time with my boyfriend and hes never seen me in bikini.
Thankyou Aisha very sweet of you. I'be been looking at bikinix to purchase but i dont know what would suit my body shape. i have the classic hour glass figure when it comes to hip waist chest ratios but im lacking boobs..... i have quite broad shoulders so the small boobs thing looks really silly
ahh thanks, have to admitt i dont think i'll brave it in a bikini... i did last summer but he didnt come on holiday with me haha i knwo i shouldnt be self conscience around my own boyf but its just ya know, even tho i know he wont judge me, i'll be judging myself. I'll take your baps anyday! mine are like two jelly tots on an ironing board! lol
sum1 told me dat ya actually havta eat all ur points. cos i no a girl who didn eat all of hers and was doin loadsa exercise and she actually put on weight.. dont know how! ur nearly around the same weight as me and im de same i want de bikini body too.. (dat iv neva had) iv neva been huge or anytin jus a big belly and legs need toning!! wot exercise u doin??
i run two miles on the treadmill every morning. i eat alot of veg just not much else so it looks like i eat practically nothing. I've put on alot of muscle mass, which makes the scales look like i've put on weight but its just muscle. so im not bothered. Im more bothered about inches lost and my look.
its getting there but im wanting to be a bit more toned so im going to keep on with ww but up the exercise. i want to be about 9st or less by the time i go away in june
wow , you are doing fab , well done !!, i have just started WW and lost 5lbs today on my first weigh in , i must admit i have a sit down job and really unfit but trying now to incorporate a bit of excersize as i know it can boost your weight loss , i walked to work yesterday which was 1.97 mile and took 36 mins, i was like a beetroot when i got there but felt chuffed for doing it ( once i got my breath back ), i plan to do this at least a couple of times a week so hopefully this will speed up the loss. but again well done.
